Shipping Policy

Returns Policy

Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Prior authorization is required for returns and freight must be prepaid. Please call the number given in your order confirmation email to speak to customer service before returning any items or email your request to sales@waterfiltrationsupply.com

 

All items must be unused and returned in original packaging with all documentation. Incomplete or damaged orders must be reported within 5 days.

 

All filters and membrane are sanitary sealed. Once sanitary seal is broken, the cartridge or membrane is not returnable. Refunds will not be issued for wet items or items that have been wet or submerged. Special orders or custom orders are not refundable.

 

Refunds for defective items must have trouble-shooting performed prior to RGA approval.

 

You will be emailed a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) number to be included with the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued within 30 days only with seller’s consent. Shipping, handling and installation charges are not refundable. Orders that received free shipping will also be subject to a $8.95 fee or the actual shipping charge, whichever is greater, in order to cover the shipping and handling charges.

 

Returned Goods may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Restocking Fees may be waived for exchanges of items of equal value or more.

 



If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 



Shipping

Most orders will ship the same day from our Warehouse. Some items that might be temporarily out of stock will be shipped from our partner distribution facility.

 

Orders will ship UPS, Fedex, OR USPS. Please no P.O. Boxes, we need an actual shipping address.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
